(Reuters) A jury in the murder trial of South Carolina
disbarred attorney Richard Alex Murdaugh will visit the
family home where prosecutors say he shot and killed his
wife and youngest son, a source said on Monday.
Murdaugh's attorney, Dick Harpootlian, asked Judge Clifton
Newman to allow the jury to visit the crime scene "to
understand the physical conditions of the kennels where
the murders took place on the evening of June 7, 2021.
Newman accepted a surprise motion due to prosecution
