The New York Giants are signing Darren Waller in a

trade with the Las Vegas Raiders, ESPN source

Adam Schefter reported. The Giants are sending a 

third-round draft pick (100 overall) to the Raiders for

Waller, the 2020 Pro Bowler, who will give

quarterback Daniel Jones a veteran goal in the

passing game. Waller had consecutive 1,000-yard

rushing seasons  in 2019 and 2020 but has been

plagued by numerous injuries over the past two

seasons, of which have occurred in just 20  games

over that span. Waller still ranks third among NFL

tight ends in catching (280) and receiving yards

(3,394) in 2019, behind Travis Kelce and Mark
